RETAIL SALES OFFER AGREEMENT (TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

1. General
By using unfortstudio.com or placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you don’t agree — don’t use the site.
Minimum age to purchase: 18 years old.
Unfort (“we”, “us”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.

2. Payment
Full payment is required before we ship your order. We don’t ship on partial payment or cash on delivery.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
Your order is confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.
If you cancel before dispatch, a full refund is processed within 14 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.

3. Delivery
We ship worldwide via BXB.
Unfort is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, lost packages in transit, or customs delays and fees. Once your package is handed to BXB, responsibility for its safe delivery transfers to the carrier.
Claims for lost or delayed packages must be directed to BXB directly. We’ll provide all necessary order documentation to help you file a claim.

4. Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if the item has not been worn or washed, original tags are attached, and you have proof of purchase.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 business days of receiving it. Send photos to support@unfort.ru or Telegram @unfort_support. We’ll send a replacement and cover return shipping.
Returns for non-defect reasons are assessed individually and are not guaranteed.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Intentional design features — acid wash, distressing, raw edges — are not defects.

5. Liability
Unfort accepts liability only for confirmed manufacturing defects not detected before dispatch, or delivery errors caused by us.
We are not liable for carrier delays, lost or damaged packages in transit, customs fees, or indirect losses of any kind.
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

6. Intellectual property
All photos, images, texts, and other content on unfortstudio.com are owned by Unfort and protected by copyright law.
Resale of purchased Unfort items is permitted without restriction.
Using our photos or content without written permission is prohibited. For permission requests: support@unfort.ru

7. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited on unfortstudio.com :
• Use of bots, scrapers, or any automated tools
• Security testing without written authorisation from us
• Posting spam or malicious content
• Any activity that violates applicable law

8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable EU and US e-commerce and consumer protection standards.
Before taking any legal action, we ask both sides to attempt resolution through direct communication. Write to us at support@unfort.ru — we’ll respond within 30 days.
Unresolved disputes are handled in the courts of the jurisdiction where Unfort is registered.
